We undertake development & manufacturing of substitutes for imported electronic systems in industrial applications. Diligent Micro Controls provides systems for all types of combustion controls for various fuels, types of burners, etc. We also provide controls for special types of burners such as used in pad printing machines, ammonia cracking, etc. Diligent FLAMEYE and Diligent AUTOCON are the registered trade mark for Flame Monitors & for Burner Controllers. Diligent has also engaged actively with sister concern to develop and manufacture high quality gas burners for various applications. This range encompasses mono-block burners up to 2 lac kcal/hr, Flame Treatment Burners for Plastic Printing, Cable Testing Burners as per ASTM/IS specifications, Infra Red Gas Fired Burners, Gas Curtain Burners, etc. Diligent Protector Series is highly successful designs for providing reliable and precise protection of the motorized load. This avoids catastrophic failure which transforms in loss of production due to longer time to repair. These relays have not only reliably replaced conventional bimetallic thermal over load relays and single phasing protection but it provides information about the cause of tripping of motor. This drastically reduces MTTR and system can be quickly restored. Diligent PROTECTOR is registered trade mark for Customised Protection for Motor Driven Processes. Sourcing of components from reputed manufacturers, designing with appropriate design tolerances for local conditions and adhering strictly to the quality control practices during manufacturing have resulted in not more than 1% of our products returning to us for repairs. Most of the products returned to us were either found working normally or were badly mutilated by the customer.
